72-Hour Wings
We marinate our chicken wings in dry spices for two days. On the third day, we slow braise them. Then we fry them to order and toss them in one of our house sauces or dry spice blends (see options below). Preserved veggies, ranch and blue cheese available. 6 wings in an order!
